Adventure World is a celebrated participant in the Water Corporation's Water Efficiency Programme.
Adventure World has made an outstanding effort to preserve Perth's precious drinking water supplies. Our latest water efficiency measures include the development of a Water Efficiency Management Plan which is reviewed annually.
Adventure World has installed a Neptune Benson water re-circulating system for the new attraction, Kahuna Falls, which saves 76% of water consumption due to backwashing. The attraction also minimises water loss through evaporation and splash from a 2000-litre bucket of water cascading over 13m to the ground through clever design. Adventure World has also installed auto-timed, push-to-operate taps, water saving showers and dual flush toilets in both staff and guest facilities.
Adventure World has reduced its water consumption by over 20 per cent and is one of the many water efficiency heroes featured in a local TV program Greenfingers, focusing on waterwise practices in WA.
