Terms and Conditions of this Sale

All tickets sold online are subject to the following terms and conditions and the Adventure World Terms and Conditions of Entry
Online tickets are valid for one use before the validity date printed on the ticket, excluding Season Pass members who have unlimited entry to the park during standard trade.
PEAK Tickets are valid from 1st Dec 2017 - 31st Jan 2018. OFF-PEAK Tickets are valid from 23rd Sept - 30th Nov 2017 & 1st February - 29th April 2018.
Group tickets must be purchased in a minimum quantity of 20 tickets in the same transaction and be presented on the same day for redemption. Tickets presented outside of these terms will not be valid.
Online tickets are non-refundable unless as required by law.
When your purchase is successful, you will receive an email with two pdf files. One is your receipt and one is your tickets. To gain entry to Adventure World you must print and present your bar-coded tickets from the TICKETS.pdf. Entry will not be permitted without your printed bar-coded tickets. Your receipt is not your bar-coded tickets and will not be accepted to gain entry.

Conditions of Entry

General Conditions

Admission price includes all rides, shows and attractions except food & beverage, merchandise, locker hire, photo sessions, Fast Pass, and cabana hire. In order to ensure the enjoyment of our younger Guests; Dragon’s Kingdom and its attractions can only be used by children aged 10 and under with the exception of the Guardians who are accompanying them.
Adventure World does not offer refunds for purchased tickets.
Some rides operate on a timed session basis; please refer to session times in park.
The operation of some attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity.
Published times of shows or attractions and ride sessions may vary.
No animals may be brought onto the premises.
A valid and authentic wristband must be worn at all times. Adventure World reserves the right to eject any person not wearing such a wristband.
Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
Adventure World reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for vandalism, stealing, offensive behavior to guests or Adventure World employees, queue line jumping without a suitable pass, failure to properly supervise minors under your care, persons suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
Adventure World reserves the right to inspect Guest bags.
Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by a Guest must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
A Guest’s image or video may be taken by Adventure World at any time for security purposes or for use in marketing materials.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times when using our aquatic facilities. Pools: Guests will be permitted to wear any clean attire in pools, however Guests should note that heavy or loose clothing may impede their ability to swim. Waterslides: Guests will only be permitted to use the waterslides if they are wearing close fitting attire. Loose or unsecured clothing items and denim are not permitted on waterslides.
No commercially prepared food or alcohol is permitted into the park. We have a Fully Licensed Café and many other outlets that cater for a variety of requirements.
Adventure World does not have public BBQs for Guest use and no BBQs are permitted to be bought into the park. A BBQ lunch can be booked in advance and operated by Adventure World catering staff only.
Guests may only erect tents or shade facilities on the Main Lawn or Dragon’s Kingdom that are less than 3mx3m

Height & Health Advice

Adventure World’s rides and attractions have height, jewellery, accessories and clothing restrictions, please refer to www.adventureworld.net.au prior to visiting, Admissions signage at the park and additional signage at each ride for further information
In accordance with Australian Standards AS3533.2 item (C) from section 4.2.4.2. Loose items may not be worn on rides and slides. When instructed any loose items on a Guest must be placed in the box provided until the ride or slide is completed. This includes but is not limited to cameras, phones, jewelry, shoes, thongs, hats, sunglasses, prescription glasses, goggles and prescription goggles.
Further specific requirements may be displayed throughout the Park, and must be obeyed at all times.

Responsibility

There are inherent risks in the participation in or riding of a theme park device. By participation, Guests accept the inherent risks of which a prudent person is or should be aware. Guests should consider this participation an exercise in good judgment and act in a responsible manner while using the facility.
Adults are responsible for minors under their supervision.
Minors under the age of 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Guests must not participate in or on any theme park ride or device when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Guests must act with good judgment and consideration, both for themselves and others, and to refrain from behavior which could affect Guest safety, the safety of others, or the safety of the device itself.
Guests must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings, given by Adventure World staff including the operators of any ride or device, without objection.
Guests must use, as instructed, all safety equipment provided when participating in any ride or device. If a Guest chooses to supply their own safety equipment they may do so at their own risk and accept full responsibility for any failure or nonperformance of such equipment.
Guests are responsible for their own personal property, lockers are available for hire.
Adventure World takes all reasonable steps to provide Guests with a safe and enjoyable theme park. However Adventure World will not be liable to any person in respect of any loss of, or damage to, their personal property, or the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of Adventure World) or otherwise. This exclusion of liability does not apply to liability which cannot by law be contracted out of, for example, because of the Trade Practices Act.

Opening Times

Adventure World is a Seasonal Theme Park. Season 2017-18 operates from Saturday 23rd September 2017, through to Sunday 29th April 2018
Operating Times: 10am to 5pm with extended hours of 10am – 7pm from December 26th 2017 to 31st January 2018 inclusive. Adventure World may host special events outside of these times for public or private visitation.
Adventure World is open 7 days during December and school holidays, and from Thursday to Monday all other times.
Please note that Adventure World is closed on Christmas Day.
Adventure World reserves the right to alter any trading days or times.
Adventure World may need to close due to inclement weather.

Season Pass Terms and Conditions

SEASON PASS MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS 2017-18

An Adventure World Season Pass entitles the member to unlimited entry to Adventure World during standard operating hours, plus a variety of AWesome discounts and benefits available all season-long. Including:

40% Discount on Eight (8) Entry Tickets

Season Pass Members receive a 40% discount on full priced adult or child day entry tickets on any standard day of trade for eight (8) people. Members do not need to use all discounted entry tickets at once. Discounted tickets are available for purchase in advance online at adventureworld.net.au or upon arrival at Adventure World. The discount is not valid for ‘after 2pm’ tickets. Maximum of 8 tickets per member per season and Season Pass Members must accompany recipients of the discounted tickets.

20% Discount on Food & Beverages

The 20% discount is applicable at all food & beverage outlets throughout the park, excluding alcohol and some promotional items e.g. Sipper Cups and refills.

20% Discount on Official Merchandise

Receive a 20% discount on Merchandise in the Gift Shop, excluding some promotional items.

20% Discount onSouvenir Photography

The 20% discount is available across our range of souvenir photo packages. Including those with our koalas in the Aussie Wildlife Experience, photos taken on Abyss, Kraken and Tunnel of Terror as well as in Dragons Kingdom and all other official park photography.

Discounted Event Tickets

Season Pass Members are entitled to purchase discounted tickets for Adventure World special events, including Fright Nights.

Express Season Pass Member’s Entry

The ‘Members Only’ Entrance is situated adjacent to Car Park 2. This gate opens for entry from 10:00am to 11:00am every standard day of trade and from 9:45am to 11:00am from 26 December to 31 January. Parking for the ‘Members Only’ Entrance is nearby at Car Park 2, for convenience. Season Pass members are encouraged to arrive upon opening to secure a space in the limited Car Park.

PLATINUM SEASON PASS MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS 2017-18

An Adventure World Platinum Season Pass pack includes a limited edition platinum membership card & cap and entitles the member to unlimited entry to Adventure World during standard operating hours, plus a variety of AWesome discounts and benefits available all season-long. Including:

20% Discount on Food & Beverages

A 20%discount applies at food & beverage outlets in the park, excluding alcohol and promotional items e.g Sipper Cups and refills.

20% Discount on Official Merchandise

40% Discount on One (1) Cabana Hire

A 40% discount applies to the hire of a luxury cabana (excluding 26 December to 31 January) per family. Individually purchased Platinum Season Pass Members also receive this discount. Bookings must be made in park at Guest Services or by telephone in advance by stating your Platinum Season Pass Number. Bookings are subject to availability. Standard bookings without the Platinum Season Pass discount may be made at any time online and are subject to standard cabana booking conditions.

50% Discount on Eight (8) Entry Tickets

Eight (8) discounted entry tickets for friends to come to Adventure World with you! The offer is 50% off full priced adult or child tickets on any standard day of trade, and not valid for ‘after 2pm’ tickets. You do not need to use all discounted tickets on one day of the season. Your 8 discounted member tickets can be purchased in advance online or upon arrival. Maximum of 8 tickets per member, per season. Platinum Members must accompany recipients of the discounted tickets.

Express Season Pass Member’s Entry

Free Event Tickets

Platinum Season Pass members will receive FREE entry to the Fright Nights Events.

Two (2) Free Fast Passes

Each Platinum Member will receive Two (2) free Fast Passes to use during the season. Please be aware that Fast Passes can only be used on Kraken, ABYSS, Goliath and Grand Prix Race Track TWICE and will not provide unlimited access. Please see website for full terms and conditions.

ALL MEMBERSHIPS TYPES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Season Passes for 2017-18 are valid for use on all standard days of trade from 23^rd September 2017 to 29^th April 2018.

Season Pass Members will receive a Season Pass Card as well as an emailed Season Pass PDF, to which either must be shown for entry. A recent photo ID must be electronically attached to each member to activate the card(s). Replacement Season Pass cards may be issued at a cost of $5.00.

Season Pass Members are subject to all normal conditions of entry at Adventure World. These Terms and Conditions are advertised at Admissions and include the requirement that all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

A Season Pass entitles members to unlimited entry to Adventure World during standard operating hours. Members cannot use their Season Pass for entry during special events or any private events hosted at Adventure World unless notified otherwise.

Adventure World reserves the right to alter trading hours. The park will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays outside of the published state school holidays. Standard trading hours are 10:00am to 5:00pm, with extended open hours from 26 December to 31 January to close at 7:00pm. A Season Pass Membership is not transferable to another person, any other Adventure World product or refundable. A Season Pass is not upgradable to Platinum Season Pass. Platinum Season Passes are subject to availability as a limited sale on a first come, first served basis. Any misuse of the pass will result in its immediate termination.

As a Season Pass Member, your image or video footage of you may be taken at any time for security purposes or for use in marketing materials.

Unlimited Upgrade Terms & Conditions

Upgrade is applicable to full priced day tickets + upgrade purchased online only between 16/03/18 – 16/04/18 only.
Unlimited Entry Upgrade ticket entitles the valid ticket holder(s) to unlimited entry to Adventure World on any standard day of trade from date of purchase until 29 April 2018 only. No other discounts or benefits included.
Valid for entry for the $5 Unlimited Entry Upgrade ticket holder(s) only
Upgrade ticket must be presented at Adventure World to be activated.
The Unlimited Entry Upgrade ticket is not transferable and not refundable. Any misuse of the ticket will result in its immediate termination.

Event Ticket Terms & Conditions

AW Nights Two night tickets will only be issued one barcode upon purchase. At the time of entry on the first night, our team will issue the return ticket for the second night.
AW Nights Two night tickets are valid for both the 24th February and 3rd March but must be used by the same guest on each night. Two night tickets are not-transferable to another name.
AW Nights tickets are valid for one use on the validity date printed on the ticket.
AW Nights tickets are non-refundable unless as required by law.
AW Nights tickets are valid on 24^th February OR & 3^rd March 2018 as printed on the selected ticket and are valid from 6pm – 10.30pm only.
AW Nights Member Tickets and AW Nights Member Guest Tickets must be shown with the applicable Season Pass or Platinum Card in order to be validated. A maximum of 2 Guest tickets are available per member and will be recorded against the membership at redemption.

Member Discounted Ticket T&C's

All Member discounted tickets sold online are subject to the following terms and conditions and the Adventure World Terms and Conditions of Entry
Member discounted tickets are only redeemable by a member who holds a valid Season Pass, and who has discounted tickets available for redemption on their account.
Member discounted tickets are redeemable at the Member’s Entry Gate prior to 11:00am daily, located adjacent to Carpark 2. After 11:00 all admissions will be processed through the Main Admissions Gate, centrally located to both Carpark 1 and Carpark 2. Additional member discounted tickets are available for purchase at both the Member’s Entry Gate and the Main Admissions Gate with either cash or EFTPOS.
Season Pass members must be present with the ticket holder at the time of redemption.
It is the Season Pass holder's responsibility to ensure they have not already redeemed their maximum available discounted tickets.
Remaining discounted ticket quantities can be checked by our team on any visit or by phone & email via the ‘Contact Us’ section of adventureworld.net.au.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

An online Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase rather than the end of season date that is printed on your "ticket" pdf.
The Gift Voucher can be used to purchase all internally sold products with the exception of transferring funds to Aqua Cash wristbands.
The Gift Voucher is non-transferable, non-extendable and non-refundable.
The Gift Voucher is not valid for special events or group bookings.

Cabana Hire Terms and Conditions

Adventures Worlds standard Terms & Conditions of entry as well as the following apply for all guests hiring a cabana.
A maximum of 5 guests are permitted in each cabana at any one time. Numbers exceeding this limit will be in breach of our T&C’s.
Each Cabana includes;
- 2 cushioned sun loungers + 2 cushioned outdoor chairs.
- Bar fridge plus 5 complimentary bottles of water.
- Private safe, secured with a pin code.
- Ceiling fan with light.
- Cabana food service menu plus a cabana host.
Cabana furniture must not be removed from inside the cabana.
No candles/naked flames and or smoking is permitted at any time inside or outside of the cabana, please use the area provided near Guest Services.
A credit card along with a valid driver’s license or Season Pass card is required at check in, to be held at the Guest Services desk.
A tab is created daily for each cabana and your account must be finalised at Guest Services upon check out.
Any breach of these Terms & Conditions will, reserve Adventure World the right to use the provided credit card to cover any outstanding accounts or damage to Adventure World property.

AW Nights Cabana Hire

AW Nights Cabanas for the 24th February and 3rd March 2018 are valid only between 6pm - 10.30pm.

Fast Pass Terms and Conditions

Please be aware that Fast Passes can only be used on the following rides;

KRAKEN (Only 2 admissions to the Fast Pass queue)

Koala Experience Terms and Conditions

Please arrive at Guest Services between 10:00 and 12:00 to book in your experience with a member of our team. Time slots are available between 11:00 and 14:00, subject to availability. Please note that depending on operational factors, final booking times may vary and Adventure World will always endeavour to meet your preferred requests.
A Koala Meet and Greet is valid for one person only, and a Family Pack is valid for a maximum of four people. Additional friends or family may appear in a Koala Meet and Greet or Family Pack for an additional cost of $20.00 per person.
Children aged 3 and under can participate for FREE with another paying guest.
Bookings may need to be rescheduled or refunded due to koala welfare and availability, are subject to availability, and are weather-dependent to ensure the health and happiness of our wildlife.
