All tickets sold online are subject to the following terms and conditions and the Adventure World Terms and Conditions of Entry
Online tickets are valid for one use before the validity date printed on the ticket, excluding Season Pass members who have unlimited entry to the park during standard trade.
PEAK Tickets are valid from 1st Dec 2016 - 31st Jan 2017. OFF-PEAK Tickets are valid from 22nd Sept - 30th Nov 2016 & 1st February - 25th April 2017.
Online tickets are non-refundable unless as required by law.
When your purchase is successful, you will receive an email with two pdf files. One is your receipt and one is your tickets. To gain entry to Adventure World you must print and present your bar-coded tickets from the TICKETS.pdf. Entry will not be permitted without your printed bar-coded tickets. Your receipt is not your bar-coded tickets and will not be accepted to gain entry.

Online tickets cannot be redeemed with any other discount offer or promotional offer.
Where Concession tickets have been purchased identification must be provided on arrival at Adventure World
Child tickets are for ages 4 to 13 years (children 3 and under enter for free)
Ticket prices are in Australian dollars.
In purchasing a ticket you thereby agree to receive promotional emails about the park
The ticket holder agrees that by the purchase of an Adventure World ticket the ticket holder has read all of these herein conditions and agrees unconditionally to be bound by these conditions.

General Conditions

Admission price includes all rides, shows and attractions except food & beverage, merchandise, locker hire, photo sessions, skill testers, Fast Pass, One Shot, cabana hire and carnival games. In order to ensure the enjoyment of our younger Guests; Dragon’s Kingdom and its attractions can only be used by children aged 10 and under with the exception of the Guardians who are accompanying them.
Adventure World does not offer refunds for purchased tickets.
Some rides operate on a timed session basis; please refer to session times in park.
The operation of some attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity.
Published times of shows or attractions and ride sessions may vary.
No animals may be brought onto the premises.
A valid and authentic wristband must be worn at all times. Adventure World reserves the right to eject any person not wearing such a wristband.
Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
Adventure World reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for vandalism, stealing, offensive behavior to guests or Adventure World employees, queue line jumping without a suitable pass, failure to properly supervise minors under your care, persons suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
Adventure World reserves the right to inspect Guest bags.
Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by a Guest must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
A Guest’s image or video may be taken by Adventure World at any time for security purposes or for use in marketing materials.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times when using our aquatic facilities. Pools: Guests will be permitted to wear any clean attire in pools, however Guests should note that heavy or loose clothing may impede their ability to swim. Waterslides: Guests will only be permitted to use the waterslides if they are wearing close fitting attire. Loose or unsecured clothing items are not permitted on waterslides.
No commercially prepared food or alcohol is permitted into the park. We have a Fully Licensed Café and many other outlets that cater for a variety of requirements.
Adventure World does not have public BBQs for Guest use and no BBQs are permitted to be bought into the park. A BBQ lunch can be booked in advance and operated by Adventure World catering staff only.
Guests may only erect tents or shade facilities on the Main Lawn or Dragon’s Kingdom that are less than 3mx3m

Height & Health Advice

Adventure World’s rides and attractions have height, jewellery, accessories and clothing restrictions, please refer to www.adventureworld.net.au prior to visiting, Admissions signage at the park and additional signage at each ride for further information
In accordance with Australian Standards AS3533.2 item (C) from section 4.2.4.2. Loose items may not be worn on rides and slides. When instructed any loose items on a Guest must be placed in the box provided until the ride or slide is completed. This includes but is not limited to cameras, phones, jewelry, shoes, thongs, hats, sunglasses, prescription glasses, goggles and prescription goggles.
Further specific requirements may be displayed throughout the Park, and must be obeyed at all times.

Responsibility

There are inherent risks in the participation in or riding of a theme park device. By participation, Guests accept the inherent risks of which a prudent person is or should be aware. Guests should consider this participation an exercise in good judgment and act in a responsible manner while using the facility.
Adults are responsible for minors under their supervision.
Minors under the age of 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Guests must not participate in or on any theme park ride or device when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Guests must act with good judgment and consideration, both for themselves and others, and to refrain from behavior which could affect Guest safety, the safety of others, or the safety of the device itself.
Guests must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings, given by Adventure World staff including the operators of any ride or device, without objection.
Guests must use, as instructed, all safety equipment provided when participating in any ride or device. If a Guest chooses to supply their own safety equipment they may do so at their own risk and accept full responsibility for any failure or nonperformance of such equipment.
Guests are responsible for their own personal property, lockers are available for hire.
Adventure World takes all reasonable steps to provide Guests with a safe and enjoyable theme park. However Adventure World will not be liable to any person in respect of any loss of, or damage to, their personal property, or the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of Adventure World) or otherwise. This exclusion of liability does not apply to liability which cannot by law be contracted out of, for example, because of the Trade Practices Act.

Opening Times

Adventure World is a Seasonal Theme Park. Season 2015-16 operates from Thursday 24 September 2015, through to Monday 25 April 2016
Operating Times: 10am to 5pm with extended hours of 10am – 7pm from December 26th 2015 to 31st January 2016 inclusive. Adventure World may host special events outside of these times for public or private visitation.
Adventure World is open 7 days during December and school holidays, and from Thursday to Monday all other times.
Please note that Adventure World is closed on Christmas Day and hosts a private event on Good Friday.
Adventure World reserves the right to alter any trading days or times.
Adventure World may need to close due to inclement weather.
