The ticket revalidation period for all unused tickets with an expiry date of 27th April 2020 has now ended.
Adventure World re-opened for the new season on the 26th of September 2020. All unredeemed tickets from last season, with an expiry date of 27th April 2020, were automatically extended until the 31st of October 2020 inclusive.
Multiple communications were posted across our Website, Phone System, Facebook and via email to keep ticket holders informed.
Adventure World then offered a further extension to allow tickets to be redeemed up to and including Saturday 14th November 2020.
In acknowledgement of the unseasonably wet weather, we then followed up with a third and final extension to the 21st November 2020.
Adventure World was forced to close a total of 5½ weeks or 34 trading days prior to the scheduled end of the 2019-2020 season. Six of these days were for temporary closure as we developed a plan to operate the park in a COVIDSafe manner and under heavy Government restrictions. The remaining 28 days were mandatory forced closure as the State Government exercised their powers to close the park under the Emergency Management Act of 2005.
Whilst Adventure World is not responsible for the majority of days closed (4½ weeks or 28 trading days), we were still able to ultimately extend validity into this new season by a total of 39 days - significantly beyond the total 34 days lost last season, and well beyond the 6 days we could reasonably be held responsible for.
While our renewal period has officially ended, as a loyal Season Pass Member, and in recognition that the park was forced to close early last season, we would love to extend the renewal discount to you. Please contact our team on 08 9417 9666 or feedback@adventureworld.net.au
Most Gift Cards will now have a validity of 3 years if purchased after October 2019, therefor no further extensions will be provided. Gift Card holders expiring earlier are welcome to get in touch with the team.
