UPDATE 27th MARCH 2020

As we absorb recent Government directives and the growing impact of the Global COVID-19 pandemic, we remain conscious of our role in these uncertain times. 

Consequently, and unfortunately, Adventure World will not reopen before the end of this  2019-20 Season. 

It goes without saying that we are all as a community experiencing unprecedented times, with the imposition of unprecedented measures to protect our future way of life.

Adventure World takes its fun seriously, we take the health and safety of those who visit even more seriously.  

As a proud member of the WA community for 38 Seasons, we are now looking forward to all the AWesomeness our 39th Season will bring, and are eager to welcome you back next season.

With continued uncertainty around the duration of COVID-19 control measures, at this stage we are unable confirm the commencement date of our next season. Planning has commenced however, and we will be back in touch with more information around our opening date when we know.  

We would like to thank our Guests and loyal Season Pass Members for your continued support and understanding in what are difficult times for us all.

We appreciate the patience you have given us while we have been carefully considering the impact that this decision has on our Team, our business and our Guests, particularly those with unused tickets.

INFORMATION REGARDING UNUSED TICKETS, MEMBERSHIPS & PRODUCTS FROM THE 2019/20 SEASON CAN BE FOUND BELOW

Those Guests with unused Day Tickets and Return Visit Passes with an expiration date on or before 27 April 2020, please hold onto these. You will now have the opportunity to use these Tickets during the first 30 days of the 2020-21 Season.

This extension of the validity period applies to Guests who have purchased their tickets directly from Adventure World and also via authorised seller sites, like Groupon, Scoopon and RAC for example.

What do i need to do?:
You do not need to take any action to extend the validity of your ticket, simply present it when you come back and visit us in Season 2020-21 within the outlined time period.

For our Season Pass Members, we understand that COVID-19 may have caused you to miss out on that last visit with us, therefore we will be providing a deeper renewal discount on your Membership for next Season, and will touch base with you directly via email with details.

 

What do i need to do?:
You won't need to do anything, just keep hold of your membership card and we'll be in contact with details regarding your renewal discount for the 2020/21 season!

 

 

Most Gift Cards will now have a validity of 3 years if purchased after October 2019, therefor no further extensions will be provided. Gift Card holders expiring earlier are welcome to get in touch with the team.

 

Guests who purchased upgrades such as Cabana hire, Reserved Seating & Fast Passes etc. and were unable to redeem them due to the Covid-19 closure will be given the opportunity to re-book their upgrade to a date within the first 30 days of the 2020/21 Season. Just get in contact with our team closer to commencement of the 2020/21 season to re-book.

While we are disappointed that we will not have the chance to create further AWesome experiences for you this season, we very much look forward to welcoming you back later this year.
