How do I bring in my friends at 40% off?

Member discounted tickets are available for purchase in advance online or upon arrival at Adventure World. Members will receive 40% off full priced adult or child day entry tickets on any standard day of trade for up to eight (8) people. Members do not need to use all discounted entry tickets at once. The discount is not valid for ‘after 2pm’ tickets. 

Maximum of 8 tickets per member per season and Season Pass Members must accompany recipients of the discounted tickets.

How do I use my 20% Food & Beverage, Merchandise and Souvenir Photography discount?

Each time you enter Adventure World you will be issued an admission wristband; this wristband will indicate that you are a Season Pass Member and will just need to be shown at the applicable outlets in order for your discount to be applied.

Discount excludes alcohol and some promotional items.

Where is the express Member’s entry and how do I use it?

The Members' Only Entrance is conveniently located just next to Car Park 2. Members are welcome to park in this car park, then head straight to the ‘Members Only’ gate for entry. The ‘Members Only’ gate opens for entry from 10:00am to 11:00am every standard day of trade and from 9:45am to 11:00am from 1st January to 31 January.

How do I access discounted event tickets?

Season Pass Members are entitled to purchase discounted tickets for Adventure World special events where specified, such as Fright Nights. Once event tickets become available for purchase, Members will be able to purchase a discounted event ticket where specified.

I haven’t received my season passes to my email yet?

Not to worry! This could be for a few reasons:

  1. There could be a delay due to high traffic. If it has been more than 12+ hours since your purchase, please contact a member of our team on 08 9417 9666 or feedback@adventureworld.net.au so that we can get it sent straight through to you.
  2. There may have been a typo in the email address provided. If you created an account at the time of purchase, you can check this by logging back into your account, alternatively please contact a member of the team on 08 9417 9666 or feedback@adventureworld.net.au so that they can investigate for you.

I purchased the wrong membership type; can I change it?

Once you have paid for your membership, it is created instantly in our system and is not transferrable to another membership type. What we can do is process a refund for your initial purchase, which will then allow you to purchase the correct membership.

I have received our family season pass but there is only my name on it, do I have to add my family on or can we come in just with this one pass?

We will need your family members details in order for them to be permitted entry as well. This can be done by giving us a call on 08 9417 9666 or emailing feedback@adventureworld.net.au, alternatively we can do this upon your first entry to the park where we will also take their photographs.

How do we use season passes, do we get cards this season?

This season, Adventure World has introduced the choice of a digital membership card or a digital membership card plus a paid physical card. Digital member ship cards are an easy way to enter the park by simply showing the attachment on your mobile device.

Here’s some handy tips to help you easily access your Digital Membership card.

 

  1. Flag the email in your inbox.By ticking the little red flag next to the email, it will add a red marker highlight on the email so you can find it easily later.  
  2. Screenshot your Digital Membership card. Take a screenshot so you can always access it quickly via the image gallery on your device.
  3. Use a Member & Loyalty card Apps (such as Stocard) on your device. Many Member & Loyalty card apps will allow you to add a custom card. Simply tap “other” and add your Membership number.

Do all members need to come together to use the season passes?

Family members can attend separately using their own Membership cards, provided they are over the age of 12 years when attending without a parent or guardian.

If my child is 13 years old now but turns 14 in the season, what ticket do we buy?

The Membership age you choose is determined by what age the person is at the time of purchase. If they have a birthday during the season, you won’t need to worry about changing their membership.

It only asked me to upload the primary photo, where do I do the rest of my family?

The rest of your family members photographs will be taken upon their first visit to the park.

Do we all need photos uploaded before we come in?

Yes, you do, photographs help us ensure that your account is secure and confirm that it is you attending. Photos can be uploaded online in advance at the time of purchase or we can take them at your first visit.

What happens if I lose my season pass?

Because your account is secured with your photo, you won’t need to worry about any type of fraudulent use. Replacement cards can be purchased in person for $5.

I bought a pass however I need to add someone on, how do I do it?

If you are just adding an individual person at the standard pricing, this can be done online/over the phone or in person at the park. If you are wishing to upgrade or change your family Membership category, you’ll need to discuss this with a member of our team so that they can go over the available options with you.

What Does the New Site Mean If You Want To Renew?

You will need to use your member number, plus your last name to login. A copy of this number was sent to you via email and txt and will allow you to see any Family Members attached to your account as well. If you didn’t receive your member number or still need assistance logging in, please give a member of our team a call on 08 9417 9666 or.

Why Do You Need to Upload a New Photograph?

Everyone loves a good selfie, right?

As part of the new upgrade we do require all Members to upload a brand-new snap, it will only take a few moments

How Do I Make the Most of This New System?

Will our old season pass cards work?

As we have moved to a new system this season, your old membership cards will no longer scan however you’re welcome to keep them for the magical memories.
