When is Adventure World open?
The season runs from September 22 to April 25. Trading hours vary throughout the season so please view our Opening Hours for more information.
What are the tickets prices?
I want to visit more than once, are there any discounts?
There are a number of options for you to enjoy multiple visits to Adventure World, including 2 Day Tickets, Season Pass or Platinum Season Pass. You can also taker advantage of our Return Visitor Passes, which can be purchased in park on the day of your initial visit so you can return for just $19.95.
Are all the rides and attractions included in the Admission price?
Yes, they are! You pay one entry ticket then you have access to all of Adventure World’s rides and attractions. The only additional costs relate to food and drinks, photography, or items purchased from our retail outlets.
Do you have a spectator’s fee?
We don't offer a spectators fee. However, we do offer a reduced rate if a guest is medically unable to participate, such as in the instance of being pregnant or with a specific medical need (pending an Access Assessment with our team). Please see one of our admissions team members or call 9417 9666 for further information.
Is it ok for my children to be at Adventure World on their own?
Please be aware, that as a parent or carer of a small child, it is your responsibility to maintain constant supervision of them AT ALL TIMES. Adventure World cannot supervise or observe small children at all times and all children aged 12 years or younger MUST be accompanied and fully supervised by a responsible adult (16+ years) at all times whilst in the park.
I have a voucher, can it be used?
Please refer to the specific conditions or restrictions that apply to your voucher carefully, especially for dates it may not apply. Valid vouchers can only be used for ticket purchases at the Main Entrance and not for online bookings. No two offers can be used in conjunctions with each other.

Can someone else use my Season Pass card?
No, season passes are non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone other than the person who the card is made out to. Photo ID is required for all pass holders to ensure that cards are not stolen and used by others.
I paid for postage but have not received my cards?
General card postage time can range from 7-10 business days, if you believe it has exceeded this time, please contact us on (08) 9417 9666 or email email@example.com so that we can track down the location of your cards.
I have lost my Season Pass, what do I do?
Please see our Guest Services Team when you are next visiting Adventure World for a replacement card for a $10 fee.
Food and Drinks
Can we bring food into Adventure World?
Yes you can bring your own picnic, however, no commercially prepared food or alcohol is permitted to be bought into the park. There are plenty of grassy areas for you to enjoy a picnic.
Can I purchase food inside Adventure World?
Yes, we have a variety of food & beverage outlets that can cater for any appetite! From Domino's Pizza, salads, sushi & rolls to burgers & hotdogs. Please click here to find out more!
Can we bring alcohol?
Unfortunately BYO alcohol is not allowed, but we do have a Fully Licensed Café selling a variety of beers, wines and mixers.
Does Adventure World have BBQs available for general use?
For safety reasons, Adventure World does not offer BBQ's for private use. However, for Group Bookings we can easily arrange a BBQ Catering Package and we will do all the hard work, including the cooking, for you!
Can I bring my own BBQ with me?
For safety reasons BBQ's cannot be brought into the park.

Are many of the rides & attractions suitable for young children?
Adventure World offers something for the entire family. The enchanting Dragon’s Kingdom is specially designed for young children, with 8 rides and attractions. In addition, the Aussie Wildlife Experience, Sky Lift and Koi Pond will entertain the little for hours!
How do I get to Adventure World?
The Theme Park is located 351 Progress Drive, Bibra Lake WA. It is only 25 minutes from Perth and 15 minutes from Fremantle by car. There are also Public Transport available. See Transport & Parking for more information.
Can I bring my own shade or tent?
Small shade structures and pop up sun tents/hut are welcome on the lawns. In the interest of guest experience and safety Large shade structures of 3m x 3m or more are restricted to the Chill Out Lawn.
Is there an ATM at Adventure World?
Yes there is! The ATM is located near the Lockers and Skill Testers near the inside of the Main Entry Admission Gate.
Can I hire a locker?
There are a range of lockers for hire from prices $5.00 to $17.00
What is Aqua Cash?
You can load up the value of your choice to your entry wristband and use it as a debit card for the day! Any funds not used at the end of the day are fully refunded as cash. More details, see Aqua Cash.
Can I hire a Luxury Cabana?

I hear you can hold a koala at Adventure World, how can I make a booking?
Western Australia is one of two states in Australia to offer visitors an opportunity to hold a koala. Adventure World offers koala cuddles! To make a booking, please see Koala Experiences
How do I report lost property?
Any item lost on the day, please report to Guest Services or contact us.
Will the rides work in the rain?
Adventure World operates normally in the rain including majority of the rides. All rides are subject to availability on any day of your visit.
On days when rainfall is deemed by the Park Manager to have fallen constantly for a period of one hour or more during standard operating hours, Adventure World offers Guests, who approach Guest Services, a Rain Guarantee Pass for a visit on another day.
