- How do the one-day tickets work at Adventure World?
You are given the option of purchasing either a date-specific or non-date-specific ticket.
Date Specific Tickets offer guaranteed entry for the date you select.
Non-Date Specific Tickets allow you to purchase a ticket that is valid for one visit during the off-peak period, however, in line with park capacity limits, should you present the ticket on a day the park has reached capacity, you will be required to present it another day.
- What if I have booked a date-specific ticket and want to change the date:
If you wish to change the date of your booking you must:
Submit your request at least 48 hours in advance by one of the following methods.
1. Use the available form here: https://bit.ly/3yp00Oa to select a new booking date. Your booking is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from Adventure World.
2. Contact the Adventure World Team directly, during business hours via email or phone.
An admin fee will be charged. Please note, products and tickets are subject to availability, changes are not guaranteed.
- What happens if don't request a new date and miss my booking date:
Missed bookings will not be refunded or rescheduled, and will not be eligible for a credit.
- Are all Rides included in the entry price?
Yes, they are! You pay one entry ticket then you have access to all of Adventure World’s rides and attractions.
- What are your ticket prices?
We offer a number of ticketing options which are available for individuals (children, adults, seniors, pension/concession card holders, students) and families.
- Discounts / Offers
Please refer to the specific conditions or restrictions that apply to your voucher carefully, especially for dates it may not apply. Valid vouchers can only be used for ticket purchases at the Main Entrance and not for online bookings. No offer can be used in conjunction with any other offer.
What is a Standard Season Pass?
A Standard Season Pass allows access on standard trading days.
Excludes 26 Dec to 31 Jan, Good Friday & Events.
What is a Premium Season Pass?
A Premium Season Pass allows access on standard trading days.

What is a Platinum Season Pass?

- Can someone else use my Season Pass?
No, Season Passes are non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone other than the nominated pass holder. A legible photo must be attached to each member’s Season Pass profile for the Season Pass to be activated, and for a member to enter the park. Photos can be emailed to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org, or taken on arrival at the park.
- I paid for a Membership card but it hasn’t arrived
General card postage time can range from 7-10 business days, if you believe it has exceeded this time, please contact us on (08) 9417 9666 or email email@example.com so that we can track down the location of your cards.
- I’ve lost my Membership card
Please see our Guest Services Team when you are next visiting Adventure World for a replacement card for a $5 fee.
- Do you offer a Spectators Fee?
We don't offer a spectator’s fee. However, we do offer a reduced rate if a guest is medically unable to participate, such as in the instance of being pregnant or with a specific medical need (pending an Access Assessment with our team). Please see one of our admissions team members or call 9417 9666 for further information.
- Do you offer discounts for Groups?
Whether you have a group of 30 or 1000 Guests, Adventure World has AWesome discounts on tickets for groups. See our Group Bookings page for more info.
- Do you host Children’s Birthday Parties?
Adventure World does not currently host children’s birthday parties; however, we have some handy tips and tricks here if you wish to host your own.
- Do you sell Gift Cards?
We certainly do!

- I’m pregnant? How much is it for me to enter and what Rides can I use?
Please see a member of our Front of House team upon arrival at the main entry for further information. Please be advised that medical documentation may be requested.
- If I purchase Reserved Seating or a Cabana, is entry included?
Cabanas & Reserved Seating do not include admission to the park as they are an upgrade to your entry.
- What is Aqua Cash?
You can load up the value of your choice to your entry wristband and use it as a debit card for the day! Any funds not used at the end of the day are fully refunded. More details, see Aqua Cash.
- Guests with Disabilities or Specific Needs:
- Do I still need to pay full price?
A guest with a disability who produces their Companion Card is entitled to 1 free of charge companion so that their companion can provide attendant care support during their visit.
The admission fee charged to the guest will be dependent on what rides and attractions can be accessed during their visit.
- How do I know what Rides & Attractions I can experience?
Upon entry into Adventure World, an access assessment will be carried out to determine which rides and attractions can be experienced safely by the guest. This assessment, which is a series of questions, will be carried out by a member of our Front of House team. Once the assessment is completed, the guest will be issued with a wristband which identifies which attractions can be accessed safely on their visit.
If not approached by a team member, please head to our Guest Services Desk to complete this assessment.
- What services/facilities are there for me?
Toilets at Adventure World offer facilities designed for access by Guests with mobility disabilities. These facilities can be found in the following locations – Main Change room block, Central Yellow toilet block, Dragon’s Kingdom and Abyss.
- I am bringing a guest who has a Cognitive Disability with me, what things might help me?
To reduce the amount of time waiting in line at Main Entry we would advise you to pre-purchase tickets online. During your visit, should a guest with a cognitive disability become over-stimulated or need some down time, please head to our First Aid room which is centrally located near the Main Lawn. For any queries before or during your visit, please speak with our Guest Services Team who can be contact on 08 9417 9666 or in person at the Guest Services Desk.
- Where should I park?
For guests with an Acrod Parking Permit, we have several bays available in the Main Carpark which is located on the corner of Progress and Gwilliam Drive. There are also drop off bays directly out the front of the Main Admission Gate.
- When is the park open?
Trading hours vary throughout the season so please view our Opening Hours for more information.
- What happens during inclement weather?
Weather forecast not looking flash? There are some poor weather conditions such as thunderstorms, lightening, strong winds or persistent rainfall to name a few that will result in Adventure World closing for the day. If this circumstance occurs during standard day trade, we will communicate a Park Closure via our website, Facebook and Instagram pages by 8.30am on the day. So if you are ever unsure whether the weather will be a problem, we strongly recommend you check our website, Facebook or Instagram pages after 8.30am on the day in question, prior to attending.
The majority of attractions will continue to operate throughout periods of rain. All rides are subject to availability on any day of your visit.
On days when rainfall has fallen heavily and constantly for a period of one hour or more during standard operating hours, Adventure World may offer Guests, who approach Guest Services, a Rain Guarantee Pass for a visit on another day. - What times do the Rides stop?
During quieter periods, the Rides & Attractions may run on session times, which will be posted at each ride. Please keep in mind, ride queues will close earlier than the ride close time to ensure it closes on time.

- What Rides are suitable for young children?
Adventure World offers something for the entire family. The enchanting Dragon’s Kingdom is specially designed for young children, with 8 rides and attractions. In addition, the Aussie Wildlife Experience, Sky Lift and Koi Pond will entertain the little ones for hours!
- Can I hire a locker?
There are a range of lockers for hire from prices $8.00 to $20.00
- Are there smoking locations / facilities?
Yes, there is a Smoking Hut located near the bathrooms at the main entry. Guests are also permitted to leave park with their wristband on, should they wish to but no smoking is permitted within the main entry area to the park.
- Can I bring a pet with me?
- Service Animals
Registered service animals are permitted in the park however must not enter Ride Zones or any water bodies.
- How do you get to Adventure World?
The Theme Park is located 351 Progress Drive, Bibra Lake WA. It is only 25 minutes from Perth and 15 minutes from Fremantle by car. There are also Public Transport available. See Transport & Parking for more information.
- What should I wear?
When using slides, Riders must be in clean and close-fitting attire that is free of metallic properties and denim. Eye wear of any kind, jewellery or any other loose items are not permitted.
- Appropriate swimwear
You are welcome to wear whatever swimwear you are comfortable in, providing it is suitable for a family environment. G-string, V-string, Brazilian or similar style bathers are not in line with guidelines consistent throughout Australian Waterparks and Aquatic Centres and are therefore not permitted.
- What shade is available? Can I bring my own tent?
No marquee style shade structures are permitted on the main lawn, however small dome style pop up shade tents (under 3 x 3m in size) are welcome.
- What to do about lost property?
Any item lost on the day, please report to Guest Services or contact us.
- Can my children attend on their own?
Please be aware, that as a parent or carer of a small child, it is your responsibility to maintain constant supervision of them AT ALL TIMES. Adventure World cannot supervise or observe small children at all times and all children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied and fully supervised by a responsible adult (16+ years) at all times whilst in the park.
- What is your COVID safe plan?
Adventure World takes its fun seriously, and the health and safety of those who visit even more seriously, which is why when you visit us this season, you may notice some changes to your experience, read about them here.

Can I bring my own Food to Adventure World?
Yes, you can bring your own picnic, however, no commercially prepared food or alcohol is permitted to be bought into the park. There are plenty of grassy areas for you to enjoy a picnic.
- Can I purchase Food at Adventure World?
Yes, we have a variety of food & beverage outlets that can cater for any appetite! From Pizza, salads, sushi & rolls to burgers & hotdogs.
- Can I bring alcohol into Adventure World?
BYO alcohol is not allowed, but we do have a Fully Licensed Café selling a variety of beers, wines and mixers.
- Do you have BBQ’s?
For safety reasons, Adventure World does not offer BBQ's for private use.
Can I bring a BBQ?
For safety reasons BBQ's cannot be brought into the park.
