FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Accessible Parking available at Adventure World?
Yes, ACROD Accessible Bays that require the display of a valid ACROD Parking Permit are available in two (2) separate locations.
There is also a drop-off zone in front of the park on Progress Drive, to the North of the Main Entry.
There are fifteen (15) ACROD Parking Bays in the Main Carpark on the corner of Progress Drive and Gwilliam Drive, which is approximately 250m from the Main Entry.
There is also one (1) ACROD Accessible Parking Bay in the free Member’s Carpark (located alongside the Service Entry)
Guests utilising the Accessible Bays must display a valid ACROD Parking Permit.
Do I still need to pay full price?
It depends – You might need to or you might not. We offer a Limited Access Pass for our Guests who may be medically unable to participate or access our attractions (pending an Access Assessment with our team). Please contact our Guest Services team prior to your visit on enquiries@adventureworld.net.au
A guest who produces their Companion Card is entitled to 1 free of charge companion so that their companion can provide attendant care support during their visit.
We do not offer any form of Spectators Pass for those Guests not intending to ride.
Do you offer a Companion Admission?
Yes, holders of a valid Companion Card will only be required to purchase an applicable ticket for themselves. Upon presentation of their Companion Card at the gate, their companion will be admitted for free. Please note, it is a condition for Companion Card admission that the Supporting Companion remain with the person needing support at all times.
How do I know what Rides & Attractions I can Experience?
You can conduct a preliminary assessment by reviewing the Accessibility Page and selecting the Guide that best suits your needs. Then, upon entry into Adventure World, an Access Assessment will be conducted to determine which rides and attractions you can experience safely. This assessment, which is a series of questions, will be conducted by a member of our Guest Services team. Once the assessment is completed, the guest will be issued with a wristband which identifies which attractions can be accessed safely on their visit.

Can Wheelchairs be hired at Adventure World?
No, wheelchairs are not currently available for hire in the park.

Does Adventure World have Accessible Bathrooms?
Yes, Adventure World has two (2) Accessible Bathrooms. One (1) located in Dragon’s Kingdom (behind Yarli’s Barrell Spin) and one (1) between Main Entry and the Hibiscus Lawn.
Do you cater for Guests with Medically Related Dietary Requirements?
Adventure World caters for a range of dietary requirements at our food outlets, including Vegetarian, Gluten & Dairy intolerances.
You are also welcome to BYO picnic. Please note, the following items are not permitted:
- Commercially prepared food (eg Red Rooster, Subway, McDonalds)
- Food prepared at another commercial venue
- Uber deliveries
- Alcohol
Are Service Dogs permitted at Adventure World?
Yes, Registered Assistance Dogs are most definitely permitted into the park. For safety purposes, they must not enter Ride Zones, Waterslides or Water Bodies. Service Dogs should have a vest or harness which displays the training organisation, while in the park. In order for you to experience our attractions, Service Animals should be left with a non-rider whilst you are on the ride, if it is safe for you to do so. Service Animals can stay with you whilst you queue.
What is the Discounted Companion Card Fast Pass (DCCFP)?
The Discounted Companion Card Fast Pass is a trial program in place from 21 September - 8th December 2024. To be eligible for the DCCFP, the Guest must present their valid Companion Card to Guest Services, at the time of their Fast Pass purchase, to be entitled to a maximum of four (4) Unlimited Fast Passes at a discounted rate.
DCCFP can only be purchased in-park on the day of the Guests’ visit and must be purchased from Guest Services. There is a limited number of Discounted Companion Card Fast Passes available each day.
DCCFP Terms and Conditions: Management reserves the right to adjust the trial period without notice. This service is available exclusively to individuals who meet the Companion Card eligibility requirements. Each family is limited to four (4) fast passes daily, subject to availability and park capacity. Once the daily allocation of fast pass services has been reached, no further services will be available for that day. If you are deemed ineligible for the trial service, you may provide detailed feedback regarding your circumstances and eligibility considerations. By participating in this trial service, you agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
