Adventure World Park Capacity Requirements

✔ In order to manage the experience our Guests have in-park through peak summer holidays, a maximum park capacity exists.

✔ In order to secure your entry to the park on your preferred day, the best way to achieve this is by purchasing a Date Specific Day Ticket in advance through our webstore.

✔ We also recommend arriving early – Our Ticket Gates open from 09.45am. The park opens at 10.00am.

✔ Date Specific Day Tickets and upgrades will most likely sell out in advance. We also recommend securing yours as far in advance as possible.

✔ Unless you have pre-purchased a Date Specific Day Ticket that specifies the date you are attending, all other ticket types are not guaranteed entry.

✔ Members can queue to be admitted as usual and will receive priority where possible, however we may reach a point at which we are unable to admit Members until the equivalent number of Guests have left the park for the day. We recommend Members also arrive early to avoid disappointment.

✔ We will do our best to post updates on our social media channels and website in the event we are approaching capacity, or in the event we have reached capacity and are not admitting any more Guests. However, if you do attend and park capacity has been reached, we would appreciate your understanding when communicating with our team - These capacities are put in place for the benefit of our Guests and the experience they have during these periods of high demand.

Should the park be approaching or has approached capacity, please read through the following information relating to ticket types.

1. Tickets that are guaranteed admission in the event of the park approaching capacity:

  • Adventure World Date-Specific-Day-Ticket that has been pre-purchased and booked for the date in question.
  • Guests who purchased a Date-Specific Reserved Seating product but had not yet purchased admission.
  • Date-specific, Pre-Booked Group Ticket Holders
  • Online pre-purchased Friend of Member discounted date-specific-ticket holders and the required accompanying Member.

2. Tickets that are not guaranteed admission in the event of the park approaching capacity. These would be admitted on a first come first serve basis in the lead-up to the park reaching capacity, however we strongly advise you choose a different date to attend:

  • Adventure World Return Visit Passes
  • Adventure World Complimentary Tickets
  • Gift Card & Park Credit holders who have not already used the value to purchase Date-Specific-Tickets
  • Registered third party sellers such as RAC, HBF etc.
  • Season Pass Members – We recommend Members arrive early during peak periods to avoid delay or disappointment.

Members can queue to be admitted as usual and will receive priority where possible, however we may reach a point at which we are unable to admit Members until the equivalent number of Guests have left the park for the day.
