Flexi Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. All tickets are subject to the following terms and conditions, in addition to and the Adventure World Terms and Conditions of Entry. 
2. Non-date specific Tickets are valid for one use within the validity dates printed on the ticket. Please note, consistent with the park’s maximum capacity constraints, entry is not guaranteed.
3. Tickets are not valid for special events. 
4. To gain entry to Adventure World you must present your bar-coded ticket. Entry will not be permitted without your
    bar-coded tickets.
5. Tickets are not for resale and are not extendable.
6. Tickets are not vouchers and no extensions will be granted beyond the validity dates specified on the ticket. 
7. Adventure World does not offer refunds other than to the extent required pursuant to consumer guarantees under The Australian Consumer Law (in which case Adventure World's liability will be limited to resupply or other benefit equal to the cost of having the services supplied), Adventure World   accepts no responsibility for any claim, losses or damages in respect of tickets or memberships, including where: (1) you have changed your mind; or (2) you are unable to use your tickets or memberships for any reason outside of the control of Adventure World, including (but not limited to) as a result of Adventure World closing in response to government restrictions, or a cause independent of human control.
8. To the extent permitted by law, if the Member, Ticket or Product Holder becomes ineligible to visit the park as a result of not meeting the requirements of any Government related directive or Public Health Order that directs or defines eligibility to visit the park, the Member or Product Holder will be ineligible for any form of subsequent credit or refund.

OPERATION:

1. Adventure World reserves the right to alter trading hours. The Park will be closed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays outside of the published state school holidays.
2. Please visit adventureworld.net.au for more information on season trading hours before you visit.
3. Adventure World is an outdoor venue. For the safety and comfort of our Guests and Team, the park may need to close, or remain closed due to inclement weather. Adventure World reserves the right to do so. Please monitor our Facebook Page and Website for updates on the morning of your visit.
4. Park capacities have been put in place to ensure the best possible experience. In the event that this capacity is reached, no further admissions will be granted to the park, including pre-purchased tickets & memberships. Adventure World reserves the right to do so. Please monitor our Facebook Page and Website prior to your visit.
