Conditions of entry
General Conditions
- Admission price includes all rides, shows and attractions except Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Locker Hire, Photo Sessions, Koala Meet & Greets, Fast Pass, Cabanas & Reserved Seating, or where otherwise advised. To ensure the enjoyment of our younger Guests and Riders; Dragon’s Kingdom and its attractions may only be used by children aged 10 and under, with the exception of the Guardians who are accompanying them.
- Adventure World does not offer refunds for purchases or products/vouchers. Other than to the extent required pursuant to consumer guarantees under The Australian Consumer Law (in which case Adventure World’s liability will be limited to resupply or other benefit equal to the cost of having the services supplied), Adventure World accepts no responsibility for any claim, losses or damages in respect of tickets or memberships, including where: (1) you have changed your mind; or (2) you are unable to use your tickets or memberships for any reason outside of the control of Adventure World, including (but not limited to) as a result of Adventure World closing in response to government restrictions, or a cause independent of human control.
- Some rides operate on a timed session basis; please refer to session times in park.
- The operation of some attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions, cleaning and maintenance activity.

- No animals may be brought onto the premises, with the exception of registered service animals.
- A valid and authentic wristband must be worn at all times. Adventure World reserves the right to eject any person not wearing such a wristband.
- Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
- Adventure World reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for vandalism, stealing, offensive behavior to guests or Adventure World employees, queue line jumping without a suitable pass, failure to properly supervise minors under your care, persons suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
- Adventure World reserves the right to inspect Guest bags.
- Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by a Guest must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
- A Guest’s image or video may be taken by Adventure World at any time for security purposes or for use in marketing materials.
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times when using our aquatic facilities. Pools: Guests will be permitted to wear any clean attire in pools; however Guests should note that heavy or loose clothing may impede their ability to swim. Waterslides: Guests will only be permitted to use the waterslides if they are wearing close fitting attire. Loose or unsecured clothing items and denim are not permitted on waterslides.
- Swimwear must be suitable for a family environment. G-string, V-string or similar style bathers are not in line with guidelines consistent throughout Australian Waterparks and Aquatic Centres and are therefore not permitted.
- No commercially prepared food or alcohol of any kind is permitted in the park. Commercially prepared includes food from takeaway venues such as Subway, Red Rooster etc. Adventure World has a fully licensed café and many other outlets that cater for a variety of requirements.
- Adventure World does not offer barbecues for public use and Guests are not permitted to bring barbecues into the park.
- Guests may only erect tents or shade facilities on the Main Lawn or in Dragon’s Kingdom that are less than 3mx3m and cannot be a Marquee or Gazebo.
- Park capacities have been put in place to ensure the best possible experience. In the event that this capacity is reached, no further admissions will be granted to the park, including Guests with pre-purchased tickets & memberships. Adventure World reserves the right to do so. Please monitor our Facebook Page and Website prior to your visit.
Height, Weight & Health Advice
- Adventure World’s rides and attractions have height, weight, jewellery, accessories and clothing safety requirements, please refer to www.adventureworld.net.au prior to visiting, Admissions signage at the park and additional signage at each ride for further information.
- All Adventure World attractions operating policies are created in support of Australian Standard 3533.2. For this reason, loose items are strictly prohibited on many park attractions. Specifically, AND in addition to other loose items and articles of clothing, no jewellery, watches, goggles, sun glasses, prescription glasses, belts, or denim can be worn on any slide. Lockers are available for purchase in park to store loose items. Any items concealed by patrons in breach of the park’s operating policies are done so at the sole risk of the patron and without any liability toward Adventure World.
- Prior to using an attraction, it is the responsibility of the patron to ensure they are not in breach of operating policy. This can be done by reading signage located at each attraction, on Adventure Worlds website or verbally inside Adventure World with a member of the team who is equipped to provide the correct information.
- Weight Requirements: Riders are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the maximum weight requirements as required on each ride. These requirements are safety and comfort related.
- Further specific requirements may be displayed throughout the Park, and must be obeyed at all times.
Guest & Rider Responsibility
- There are inherent risks in the participation in or riding of a theme park device. By participation, Guests and Riders accept the inherent risks of which a prudent person is or should be aware. Guests and Riders should also act in a prudent manner at all times given these inherent risks.
- Patrons have a duty to act with good judgement and consideration, both for themselves and others, and to refrain from behaviour or acts which could affect their safety, the safety of other patrons, or the safety of the device itself
- Adults are responsible for minors under their supervision.
- The Keep Watch guidelines published by Royal Life Saving Australia require:
- Children under the age of 10 must be under the active supervision of a person aged 16 years or older, and children under the age of 12 must be in the care of a person aged 16 years or older.
- For 0–5 year olds and non-swimmers, a parent or guardian needs to be in the water at all times and within arms' reach of the child. It is best if you are engaging with your child i.e. playing with them, talking to them.
- Constant active supervision is required for children aged 6–10 years old. Parents and carers must be prepared to enter the water with this age group.
- For 11–14 year olds it is recommended that parents regularly check on their child by physically going to where they are in or around the water.
- Guests and Riders must not participate in or on any theme park ride or device when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Guests and Riders must obey all written and verbal instructions and warnings, given by Adventure World staff including the operators of any ride or device, without objection.
- Guests and Riders must use, as instructed, all safety equipment provided when participating in any ride or device.
- Guests and Riders are responsible for their own personal property, lockers are available for hire.
- Adventure World takes all reasonable steps to provide Guests and Riders with a safe and enjoyable theme park. Adventure World will only be liable in respect of any loss of life, personal injury or damage to property where Adventure World has been found to be negligent.
Opening Times
- Adventure World is a Seasonal Theme Park. Season 2024.2025 commences on 21 September 2025. The last day of the season is 27 April 2025. Trading dates are subject to change at Adventure World’s discretion.
- Operating Times: 10.00am to 5.00pm with extended hours of 10.00am – 6.00pm in January. Adventure World may host special events outside of these times for public or private visitation.
- Adventure World is open 7 days during December and school holidays, and from Friday to Monday all other times.
- Please note that Adventure World is closed on Christmas Day.
- Adventure World reserves the right to alter any trading days or trading times at any time.
- Adventure World is an outdoor venue. For the safety and comfort of our Guests and Team, the park may need to close, or remain closed due to inclement weather. Adventure World reserves the right to do so. Please monitor our Facebook Page and Website for updates the morning of your visit.
Conditions of Sale
- All products sold are subject to their own terms and conditions, in addition to the Adventure World Terms and Conditions of Sale and Entry.
- Adventure World does not offer refunds other than to the extent required pursuant to consumer guarantees under The Australian Consumer Law (in which case Adventure World's liability will be limited to resupply or other benefit equal to the cost of having the services supplied), Adventure World accepts no responsibility for any claim, losses or damages in respect of tickets or memberships, including where: (1) you have changed your mind; or (2) you are unable to use your tickets or memberships for any reason outside of the control of Adventure World, including (but not limited to) as a result of Adventure World closing in response to government restrictions, or a cause independent of human control.
- Ticket prices are in Australian dollars.
- To the extent permitted by law, if the Member, Ticket or Product Holder becomes ineligible to visit the park as a result of not meeting the requirements of any Government related directive or Public Health Order that directs or defines eligibility to visit the park, the Member or Product Holder will be ineligible for any form of subsequent credit or refund.

VALIDITY:
An Adventure World Off-Peak Season Pass entitles the member to unlimited entry during the following operating dates & times, please note it is compulsory to present your Member Card (either physical or digital) in order to gain entry:

8 October 2024 to 28 November 2024: Friday to Monday 10am - 5pm (Closed Tuesday to Thursday)

7 February to 10 April 2025: Fridays to Mondays 10am - 5pm (Closed Tuesday to Thursday)

Digital Membership Card: If you selected a digital only membership card, this can be shown the following ways to gain entry:

Step 1. Take a screenshot of the barcode in your email or write down the barcode number.
Step 2. Download the Stocard app from the Android or iOS store, press the + symbol or "new card" and search for Adventure World from the list of retailers. Insert your member number(s) or upload the screenshot to create your digital member card. This can then be shown upon entry each visit. - Screenshot: the barcode from your purchase email, then show on a mobile device upon entry.
Physical Membership Card: If you purchased a physical membership card, this will be posted to you and can be presented upon entry each visit, you will also be provided with a digital copy.
25% OFF UP TO EIGHT (8) ENTRY TICKETS:
Off-Peak Season Pass Members receive a 25% discount off full priced Adult or Child Day Entry for up to eight (8) people.
- Tickets must be booked online, in advance in order to guarantee entry. Tickets can be purchased upon arrival; however, entry is not guaranteed. Off-Peak Member Discounted tickets can be purchased here: https://bit.ly/OffPeakMemberBenefits
- Not valid for from 26 December 2024 to 31 January 2025
- Members do not need to use all discounted entry tickets at once.

The 20% discount is applicable at all food & beverage outlets throughout the park, excluding alcohol and some promotional or already discounted items. For example, Sipper Cups, Kids Combos and refills.
20% DISCOUNT ON OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE:
Receive a 20% discount on merchandise in the gift shop, excluding some promotional or already discounted items.
20% DISCOUNT ON SOUVENIR PHOTOGRAPHY:
The 20% discount is available across our range of souvenir photo packages. Including those with our koalas in the Aussie Wildlife Experience, photos taken on Abyss, Kraken, Tunnel of Terror and all other official park photography. Excludes offers and discount packages such as the Seasonal Digital Photo Pass.
SEASON PASS MEMBER’S ENTRY
The ‘Members’ Entrance is situated adjacent to Car Park 2. It is not available for members to Exit the park.
This gate opens for entry only on:
- Weekends and Public Holidays, between the hours of 10:00am and 11:00am
Adventure World reserves the right to alter the days and times that this entry is available.
SEASON PASS MEMBER CARPARKING
For your convenience, parking is available for Season Pass Members at Car Park 2.
Season Pass Members are encouraged to arrive early to increase the likelihood of securing a parking bay.
Parking is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis until this carpark is full. Additional parking is available for members in Carpark 1, on the corner of Gwilliam Drive.
VALIDITY:
- Off-Peak Season Passes for 2024/25 Season are valid on the dates & times stated in your attached member benefits.
- Members cannot use their Season Pass for entry during any specified blackout periods, special events, Good Friday or any private events hosted at Adventure World unless notified otherwise. Adventure World is closed Christmas day.
MEMBERSHIP CARDS & ENTRY:
- Off-Peak Season Pass Memberships are sold with a Digital Member Card only. These Digital Membership Cards will be sent as an emailed PDF. It is compulsory to present your Member Card (either physical or digital) in order to gain entry.
- Members who opt to upgrade their membership to include a Physical Membership Card will receive their physical membership card at a cost of $7.50 per member. Replacement Season Pass cards may be issued at a cost of $7.50.
COMPULSORY MEMBER PHOTOS:
- A recent, clear head and shoulders photo must be attached to each Membership before they can be utilised. This is done online during your transaction or at the park.
BENEFIT (DISCOUNTED TICKETS):
- Member discounted tickets are only redeemable by a member who holds a valid Off-Peak Season Pass, and who has discounted tickets available for redemption on their account. Not valid for special events or from 26 December 2024 - 31 January 2025.
- Off-Peak Season Pass Members must be present with the ticket holder at the time of redemption.
- Tickets are date specific and must be booked online in advance. If you choose to purchase upon arrival at the park, your entry may not be guaranteed.
- It is the Off-Peak Season Pass Members responsibility to ensure they have not already redeemed their maximum available discounted tickets. Remaining discounted ticket quantities can be checked by our team on any visit or by phone & email via the ‘Contact Us’ section of adventureworld.net.au.

A 40% discount applies to the hire of one Cabana per season (excluding 26 Dec 2024 to 31 Jan 2025). One (1) per family membership and one (1) per person on individually sold memberships. TWO (2) FREE FAST PASSES
Each Platinum Member will receive two FREE Fast Passes to use once, during the season, on a Standard Trading Day. Free Fast Passes not available for special events. Fast Passes must be booked with the team, in advance.

The 20% discount is applicable at all food & beverage outlets throughout the park, excluding alcohol and some promotional or already discounted items. For example, Sipper Cups, Kids Combos and refills.

SEASON PASS MEMBER’S ENTRY
The ‘Members’ Entrance is situated adjacent to Car Park 2. It is not available for members to Exit the park.
This gate opens for entry only on:
- Weekends and Public Holidays, between the hours of 10:00am and 11:00am
- 7 days during January between 9.45am and 11.00am.
Adventure World reserves the right to alter the days and times that this entry is available.
SEASON PASS MEMBER CARPARKING
For your convenience, parking is available for Season Pass Members at Car Park 2.
Season Pass Members are encouraged to arrive early to increase the likelihood of securing a parking bay.
Parking is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis until this carpark is full. Additional parking is available for members in Carpark 1, on the corner of Gwilliam Drive.
VALIDITY:
- All-Season Platinum Season Passes for 2024/25 Season are valid on the dates & times stated in your attached member benefits.
- Members cannot use their Season Pass for entry during any private events hosted at Adventure World unless notified otherwise. Adventure World is closed Christmas day.
MEMBERSHIP CARDS & ENTRY:
- All-Season Platinum Season Pass Memberships are sold standard with a Digital & Physical Member Card. Digital Membership Cards will be sent as an emailed PDF. Physical Membership cards will be posted out. It is compulsory to present your Member Card (either physical or digital) in order to gain entry. Replacement Season Pass cards may be issued at a cost of $7.50.
COMPULSORY MEMBER PHOTOS:
- A recent, clear head and shoulders photo must be attached to each Membership before they can be utilised. This is done online during your transaction or at the park.
BENEFIT (DISCOUNTED TICKETS):
- Member discounted tickets are only redeemable by a member who holds a valid All-Season Platinum Season Pass, and who has discounted tickets available for redemption on their account.

- Any misuse of the pass will result in its immediate termination and no refund.

How to redeem your Cabana:
On arrival at Adventure World, head straight to the Gift Shop and present your reserved seating barcode as well as your admission tickets.
- This barcode will be on the PDF labelled “Ticket Order” along with anything else purchased with your order
- A map will be provided that will help navigate you to your chosen Cabana or Reserved Seating table.
- If you booked a Reserved Seating product that also included a Tab, a Tab card will be provided to you.
Once you have collected your wristbands, map and any applicable tab card, head straight to your reserved seating area where a Host will introduce themselves to you to assist you throughout the day.
Terms and Conditions:
- Adventures World’s standard Terms & Conditions of Sale and Entry as well as the following apply for all guests hiring a cabana.
- Cabana hire does not include admission.
- Cabana hire bookings are date specific and valid only on the chosen booking date.
- A maximum of 5 guests (children under the age of 4 not included) are permitted in each Cabana. Numbers exceeding this limit will be in breach of Adventure World’s Terms and Conditions, and will likely result in members of your group not being permitted into the Cabana. It may also affect our ability to provide you with the food and beverage service included with the Cabana booking.
- Cabana furniture must not be removed from inside the Cabana.
- Additional furniture or structures are not permitted to be set up outside the Cabana.
- A Cabana food service menu will be provided; a cabana host will be available to process your order(s).
- Candles/naked flames and or smoking are not permitted at any time inside or outside of the Cabana.
- Missed bookings: bookings that are not attended on the specified date, or have not been rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, will be forfeited. Missed bookings are not transferable to another date, and no refunds or credit will be provided.
- Any unused value remaining on the Food & Beverage tab card is not refundable, transferable to another date or product, or redeemable for credit.
- Cabana hire that includes a tab: Once your tab has been exceeded, Eftpos purchases are permitted however no cash can be accepted.

- Valid for one person.
- Single-Shot Fast Pass bookings are date specific and valid only on the chosen booking date.
- Single-Shot Fast Passes do not include Admission and must be purchased separately.
- Online Single-Shot Fast Pass tickets MUST be redeemed at the time of your admission, or at the Gift Shop or Guest Services, for a valid Single-Shot Fast Pass wristband.
- Please select the date of your Single-Shot Fast Pass carefully as they are non-refundable.
- Single-Shot Fast Passes are available in strictly limited numbers and are subject to availability.
- Broken wristbands can only be replaced with a valid receipt or ticket
- Lost Single-Shot Fast Pass wristbands will not be replaced
- Single-Shot Fast Passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be shared.

Reserved Seating: Kahuna Balcony Terms and Conditions
Each Kahuna Balcony Reserved Seating Booking includes:
• Reserved 6-seater Picnic Table: Under cover on the elevated and secluded Kahuna Balcony, in the heart of the park & overlooking Kahuna Falls
• Reserved Locker.
• Dedicated Kahuna Balcony Toilets.
• Ceiling Fans.
How to redeem your Kahuna Balcony Reserved Seating:
On arrival at Adventure World, head straight to the Gift Shop and present your reserved seating barcode as well as your admission tickets.
- This barcode will be on the PDF labelled “Ticket Order” along with anything else purchased with your order
- A map will be provided that will help navigate you to your chosen Cabana or Reserved Seating table.
- If you booked a Reserved Seating product that also included a Tab, a Tab card will be provided to you.
Once you have collected your wristbands, map and any applicable tab card, head straight to your reserved seating area where a Host will introduce themselves to you to assist you throughout the day.
Terms & Conditions
- Adventures World’s standard Terms & Conditions of Sale and Entry as well as the following apply for all guests booking reserved seating.
- Reserved seating bookings are date specific and valid only on the chosen booking date.
- Kahuna Balcony Reserved Seating bookings do not include admission.
- A maximum of 6 guests is permitted in each reserved seating area at any one-time Numbers exceeding this limit will be in breach of Adventure World’s Terms and Conditions, and will likely result in members of your group not being permitted into the Reserved Seating area. It may also affect our ability to provide you with the food and beverage service included with the Reserved Seating booking.
- Additional furniture or structures are not permitted to be set up around the table.
Missed bookings: bookings that are not attended on the specified date, or have not been rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, will be forfeited. Missed bookings are not transferable to another date, and no refunds or credit will be provided. - Any unused value remaining on the Food & Beverage tab card is not refundable, transferable to another date or product, or redeemable for credit.
- Reserved Seating hire that includes a tab: Once your tab has been exceeded, Eftpos purchases are permitted however no cash can be accepted.
- Reserved Seating Tables are non-refundable and non-transferable.

One Day Photo Pass Terms and Conditions
How it works:
Simply scan your wristband at the photo viewing station at the base of Kraken, Abyss and Tunnel of Terror across the day to capture all your photos.
Prior to leaving, please proceed to either the Photo Collection Kiosk or Guest Services to have your photos uploaded from your wristband to your digital Photo Pass Card.
Photos will then be available from www.adventureworld.net.au/photos for 30 days, where Guests may view and download their photos.

Koala Experience Terms and Conditions
What a koala experience includes:
Adventure World’s experienced Keepers and professional photography will help you create lasting magical memories of your AWesome day!
Guests are given the exclusive experience of interacting with, petting and taking photos with the Adventure World Koala family.
How to redeem your koala experience booking:
Please arrive at Guest Services between 10:00 and 12:00 to book in your experience time with a member of our team. Time slots are available between 11:30 and 14:30, subject to availability. Please note that depending on operational factors, final booking times may vary and Adventure World will always endeavor to meet your preferred requests.
Terms and Conditions:

- A Koala Meet and Greet is valid for one person only, and a Family Pack is valid for a maximum of four people. Additional friends or family may join in a Koala Meet and Greet or Family Pack for an additional cost of $25.00 per person.
- Children aged 3 and under can participate for FREE with another paying guest.
- Bookings may need to be rescheduled or refunded due to koala welfare and availability, and are weather-dependent to ensure the health and happiness of our wildlife.
- For the comfort of our koalas and the safety of our guests, guests are not permitted to hold our Koalas however Adventure World offers guests the chance to get as close to koalas as possible, and because we have very strict rules about how often our koalas are available for these encounters, guests can be absolutely certain that the koalas are not stressed by these up-close encounters.

Event Ticket Terms and Conditions
General Terms
- All products sold are subject to their own terms and conditions, in addition to the Adventure World Terms and Conditions of Sale and Entry.
- Event tickets are valid for one use on the validity date & time printed on the ticket only.
- When your purchase is successful, you will receive an email with two pdf files. One is your receipt and one is your tickets. To gain entry to Adventure World you must present your bar-coded tickets either via mobile or printed. Entry will not be permitted without your bar-coded tickets. Your receipt is not your bar-coded ticket and will not be accepted to gain entry.
- Online tickets cannot be redeemed with any other discount offer or promotional offer.
- Strictly no BYO of Food or Alcohol.
- Alcohol will be sold at this event and proof of age identification will be required for its purchase. Please drink responsibly. Adventure World operates in strict adherence with the liquor control act (1988) and as such visible intoxication whilst inside the park or at entry will result in removal from the premises with no refund.
- Adventure World reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for vandalism, stealing, offensive behavior to guests or Adventure World employees, queue line jumping without a suitable pass, failure to properly supervise minors under your care, persons suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
- Event tickets are non-transferable and not for resale.

You will be offered the opportunity to move your ticket to an alternative available event date OR if you are unable to attend on any of the available event dates, a credit will be issued. - Change of mind cancellation:

Seasonal Photo Pass Terms and Conditions
How it works:
You'll be provided a physical card to hold for the season and present upon admission each visit. Once inside the park, simply scan your wristband provided on the day at the photo viewing station at the base of Kraken, Abyss and Tunnel of Terror across the day to capture all your photos.
